Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, or high orders volume periods. Costumers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped.

NovaHera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by  the customer.
